There are several ways to run TiddlyWeb under Apache:

• run it under mod_wsgi (recommended)
• use Apache as a proxy (experimental)

It is possible to use CGI and Fast CGI but neither of these are particularly recommended. If you are in a situation where you need to do that ask on the google group for the latest update.
