Member of the Cosmos Corps COMET division. Inventor of Instancing. Very risk-averse and shy to the point where she never even appears in person anywhere; Arcadia interacts with the world through Instances only. This is an overreaction to some bad events in her past, and her family and friends often point out how contradictory it is, but it's the only way she feels safe.

Arcadia's parents are unknown (and might not exist). She was adopted, along with her foster brother Delphi, and the two of them spent their childhood on Lamppost Island.
