It looks like notifications don't work in safari; at least, I'm not seeing an open socket in dev tools, like I do with Chrome -- @Jermolene

Just realised that it's because socket.io doesn't use websockets on Safari

Aha, and so if I type something else with @cdent here, I guess it's not going to notify you? (Which seems right).

Notifications are only via tag. It's not as promiscuous as github or twitter.

Not sure how to create a new tiddler... Perhaps?
