Went down to Mawgan Porth beach to boulder today. On the left hand (south) side at low tide there are a series of inlets that provide some options. If we call the stained red inlet the 4th inlet, then the 3rd is probably the best. Today I played around in the second.
Access requires either some scrambling or wading in fairly deep water when the low tide is higher than normal, or easy when the low tide is lower than normal. In either case you only really get a couple three hours around the lowest tide.
Seems to be plenty of options especially on a day when the sun and wind is coming from the northeast (thus shining and blowing deepest into the inlets).
