• The changes to config handling in the gnocchi gabbi tests could reasonably be reused in ceilometer. It feels a bit cleaner, especially with regard to ensuring per-suite fixtures (databases, configs).
• global requirements will need to be updated for 0.4.0 of gabbi. Not an immediate requirement because the ceilo changes don't use it yet, but soon.
