From there are various ceilometer classes to be found in puppet-ceilometer.

Of those, the central agent and the alarm evaluator could potentially use tooz-based coordination. If they do, and the chosen coordinator is redis, then the redis module needs to be engaged.

This could lead to redundant requirements in the puppet modules (setting config twice, asking for redis twice) but this is exactly the sort of thing that puppet is for, so cool.
