clean catch is best
if impossible use collection pad (not cotton wool ball or ST)
only invasive (suprapubic) if nil else possible

 <3/12 refer immediately
 >3/12 upper UTI consider admission, else Co-Amox or Ceph for 7-10/7
 >3/12 lower UTI, 3/7 trimeth, nitrofuran, amoxil, ceph, review in 24-48 hrs if not improving
use prophyllaxis if recurrent but not after just 1
