Mx
scalp - OTC - Zinc pyrithione (Head n shoulders) or tar (neutrogena Tgel)
2nd line ketoconazole
selenium sulphide and topical steroid may help

face and body
topical antifungals - ketoconazole
topical steroids (short term)

note difficult to treat and recurrence is common
little role for emollients
