Compression to ventilation - 30:2
don't stop compressions while charging defib
VF/VT arrest - give adrenaline 1g and amiodarone 300mg AFTER 3rd shock (restart compressions 1st), repeat adrenaline every other cycle (3-5mins)
Atropine not routine in non-shockable

Single shock for VF/pulselessVT followed by 2 mins of CPR (not 3 shocks followed by 1 min)
Asystole/PEA - 2mins CPR before re-assess (not 3)
don't give drugs via ET tube
post resus titrate O2 to 94-98% sats (avoid hyperoxaemia) 

not breathing adult .... don't wait to check pulse as well, don't give rescue breaths, start 30:2
