Post MI / ACS
- for 1st yr use aspirin and Ticagrelor or Clopidogrel 
- Then use 1 antiplatelet forever
Clopidogrel if other vascular disease as well
else aspirin (if tolerates)
If dyspepsia - give PPI as well
