Unknown aetiology - prob immune mediated
Itchy papular rash - commonly on palms, soles, genitals and flexor surface of arms
often polygonal with white lace surface patturn - Wickham´s striae
Koebner phenomenon - new lesions at site of trauma
oral involvement in 50% pts
nails - thin with longitudinal ridges

Eruptions - caused by gold, quinine, thiazides
Mx - topical steroids (if extensive oral steroids / immunosuppressants
