enuretic if still wet 5yr without pathology
primary or secondary (>6/12 dry previous)
offer last drink 1hr pre bedtime (otherwise don't restrict fluids)

Look for cause - constipation, UTI, diabetes
advise - fluids, toileting, diet
star charts - for positive behaviour (used toilet pre bed) not for dry bed
