1st fit - 6/12 no driving (was 12/12, need to have specialist review and normal EEG and scan)     
established epilepsy - 12/12 no driving
Stroke / TIA 1/12                
multiple TIA's - 3/12 no driving
Craniotomy (eg meningioma) 12/12 (consider at 6/12 if benign, no fits)
Pituitary tumour 6/12 (unless Rx by trans-sphenoidal route then ¨when no residual deficit¨
Narcolepsy - not until Sx resolved
Chronic condition (eg MS) - inform DVLA and complete form PK1

Syncope
simple faint - no restrictions
single explained episode - 4/52 off
single unexplained episode - 6/12 off
two+ episodes - 12/12 off
