Angina - stop if Sx at rest / while driving
Implantable cardioverter-defibrillator - if for sustained ventricular arrythmias - stop for 6/12, if prophyllaxis - stop 1/12
permanent pacemaker insertion - 1/52 off
catheter ablation (for arrythmia) - 2/7
Aortic aneurysm >6cms - notify DVLA - annual review, if >6.5cms - disqualify
Heart transplant - no need to inform DVLA
