5% go on to SLE 

rash - sun-exposed areas - face / hands / scalp
well defined Red scaly patches, follicular plugging, scarring, permanent hair loss, 

refer dermatology - Bx to confirm, screen for SLE
stay out of sun, use hat and cream
Rx - topical steroids (high potency), then Hydroxychloroquine
2nd line - dermatologist - oral steroids, ciclosporin, retinoids,
azathioprine
