Older men
reaction to sunlight (UVB and UVA) - so in sunlight exposed areas
often Hx dermatitis
may have reaction to sunscreen
inflammed, lichenified itchy
Rx - emollients, topical steroids, topical tacrolimus (protopic - stings for first 6/52 of use), avoid sunlight
