Vascular
Tumours / Haemangiomas
grow rapidly then shrink slowly to all gone by 10 years (yr0% gone by each yr)
If high risk .... functionally significant - face esp eye / lip or perineal
or ulcerating / bleeding - refer
Mx - Propranolol or other (laser, vincristine etc)
if low risk - leaflet, emollient, reassure

Malformations
always present at birth and grow slowly with child
related to cap, arteries, veins or lymphatics

Melanocytic
if >3 - risk of ca increases
Childhood melanoma - peak age 7, depends on projected adult size of >60cm
