ointment rather than cream
least potent possible
if infected - use Fluclox or E'mycin
Tacrolimus (protopic) - vit A analogue - immunosuppressant, no skin thinning but inc skin infection and ?cancer
??Ciclosporin - closely monitor renal function - 2ndary care
