NoteStorm has ''special features'' to enhance your note-taking and note-finding experience:
*''Random note'': Click on the words 'random note' on the top of the screen to open a random note from your database. At the bottom of the note are links to the notelists that include that note.
*''Search'' - a lightning fast search window.
*''Tabs'' at the top to help you navigate the indexes, note lists, notes and articles you currently have open.
*''Change the font size'' - Click on + to increase font size, - to decrease it, and = to return to the default font size.
*''Hiding and revealing the left and right hand controls'' to expand your screen real estate
*''Unsorted notes'' - click 'New unsorted note' above and edit and save it. It will be saved in the 'Unsorted notes' project at left, for you to re-tag to a different note list later, if you wish.
*''Formatting tools:'' in edit mode, you can select text and quickly wrap it with formatting using the buttons provided:
**B = bold
**I = Italic
**qqq = light gray, small, italic text. I use it to format the sources for my notes. {{qqq{This is what it looks like}}}
**link = wrap text to make it a link to a new tiddler in your NoteStorm file.
**img = wrap a link to an online image in order to show the image in your note or article. [[Example image link]]
**indent = indent text. You can wrap it multiple times to further indent.
**IFrame = wrap a link to a webpage in order to show the webpage in your note or article. (we recommend using articles for this, not notes) [[Example IFrame note]]
