also - health care staff, those in residential homes, carers of elderly or disabled

vaccine 
inactivated (can't cause disease) - few pts get fever / malaise for 1-2/7
CI - egg allergy
75% effective (less in very elderly)
takes 10-14 days to get Ab level up
